My favorite fairytale as a child was little red riding hood. My Grandma in Brooklyn always told me, what she liked to call, the Italian version of the story.
I guess little red is a werewolf myth.
The only fairy from a fairytale that I can name off the top of my head is the Blue Fairy from Pinocchio.
I never had nightmares about fairy tales or mythology as a child. All my nightmares involved nuns and sharks.

4)None of 'em. ( My parents never let me near any of the " scary ones " until I was old enough to understand that these were just stories.)
